The Fund is an investment vehicle predominantly focused on institutional quality student accommodation properties across Spain, Portugal and Italy and inclusive of properties catering for young professionals generally seeking accommodation soon after their higher or further education studies.

The Fund is established to recapitalize an existing portfolio, which is the largest private freehold student accommodation portfolio in Spain, into an evergreen structure and to access MiCampus, the sector’s leading student management platform, for further portfolio growth by acquiring additional assets over time.

The Seed Portfolio is an established portfolio of 46 student accommodation properties with ~9,200 beds, of which:

• 38 are operating assets representing ~7,500 bed.
• 8 are forward purchase assets representing ~1,600 beds.

The Seed Portfolio is geographically diversified with a presence in 18 provinces / 20 cities across Spain and Portugal with a focus on Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia (~60% of the portfolio located in these three cities) and other major hubs such as Seville, Bilbao, Malaga and Pamplona.
