The Fund is an investment vehicle predominantly focused on institutional quality student accommodation properties across Spain, Portugal and Italy and inclusive of properties catering for young professionals generally seeking accommodation soon after their higher or further education studies.

The Fund owns the largest private freehold student accommodation portfolio in Iberia, and assets are managed by Micampus, the sector’s leading student management company.

Established portfolio of 52 student accommodation properties with ~10,500 beds, of which:

•  46 are operating assets representing ~9,100 bed.
• 6 are forward purchase assets representing ~1,400 beds.

The Seed Portfolio is geographically diversified with a presence in 18 provinces / 20 cities across Spain and Portugal with a focus on Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Lisbon (~50% of the portfolio located in these cities) and other major hubs such as Seville, Porto, Bilbao, Malaga and Pamplona.
